What if my site is hosted on Zonedock — do I still own it?
Yes. Your site files and database belong to you regardless of where they're hosted. If you leave, we migrate your site to your new host or deliver a complete export. Hosting is a service, not a leash.
What if you built my site on Elementor — can I edit it myself?
Absolutely. We'll give you a walkthrough and admin access on day one. Elementor is a visual builder — you don't need a developer to make updates. That's by design.
Do you take a cut of my Google Ads spend?
No. Your ad spend goes directly to Google through your own billing account. Our management fee is separate and clearly stated. You always know exactly what you're paying for advertising versus management.
What if I want to bring marketing in-house eventually?
We support it. We'll document everything we've built, train your team on the platforms, and hand over a fully operational system. Building something you can take ownership of is the point.
Can I audit what Rise Local is doing at any time?
Yes. You have live access to every platform we manage. No waiting for monthly reports — log in and see exactly what's running, what's been published, and what the numbers say.
What if I want to switch but keep my site?
Keep it. The site is yours. We'll transfer hosting, provide file exports, and make the transition as clean as possible. The only thing we ask is standard professional notice.
